Cooking by color sounds good to me. I think that food should not only taste good but it should look good as well.

Years ago when I was trying to get my aunt hooked on making salads, I told her the key was there had to be a variety of colors and textures. Without the variety, salads can start to get boring. And boring means that you're less likely to eat them.
